Sri-Lanka crew not do nothing .Don’t understand nothing, only smail.

Avery time Economy with food, don’t have food for night watch , Avery time hungry.
On the tables never stay milk .Don’t like send request with necessary requisitions. Hi is very like INSULT and ABASE all crew. Every time press.
For the present time Captains like this working in your company , other crew leave from your company.
Also please Increase salary for your older crew

Hello everybody!
I absolutely agree with this letter because I'm the one who has been working with this captain.
I want also to add that this captain is not so smart and so competent as he thinks. He can't communicate with people and all the time abuses his crew. He doesn't know any other language but cussing out, all the time he uses such words like "blyat" and "nahuj"after every two normal words , I think you all know what such russian words mean. He doesn't have the manners that ordinary captain should have. On the board he wears only pants without any shirt and sometimes even only his underwear. I strongly RECOMMEND you, all german captains and superintedants, to check his competence and I assure you that you will be dissapointed. Although for such crewing manager as AMAZSA he is a pride because they don't know what kind of person and professional he is. I'm not trying to tell that something is wrong with the company, I just want to open everybody's eyes so they could know his real nature and for this story to be ended.

По моему мнению, бывают и хуже. В частности, Stan писал о таком капитане в топике

Все это стандартно и обыденно, но все же прошу вас не объединять всех, "под одну гребенку не чесать", хотя такие капитаны часто попадаются и мнение о них весьма похожее, как в данном случае.
